2. We call or WhatsApp you back, agree the date and time that suits you, and schedule the visit.
   Emergency bookings get a call back within minutes and a same-day visit.
3. We diagnose at your door and give the estimated cost BEFORE any work starts.
4. Repair is done (most finish the same visit); payment by cash or UPI only after it works.

Note: an item occasionally shows as "temporarily unavailable" on the website. That means
bookings for that one item are paused for a short while (parts or schedule); everything else
can still be booked, and customers are welcome to call or WhatsApp to ask when it returns.
